PHCA Keeping You Informed - Suspicious Person Alert
If you haven't joined PHCA yet, here is another reason to join - to stay informed about security issues affecting our neighborhood. We have almost 300 members but need 400 to maintain our current level of security patrols. Click here to join: Pay PHCA Dues
He's back! Two people have seen the man shown below today in Peachtree Hills. Richard Horton is a know criminal who frequents our neighborhood looking for work on a red bike but actually, he is checking to see which homes are vacant. We believe he is a front man for a group of thieves who come in a car or van after he checks things out.
If you see him, please call 911 immediately and report it to our security officers at 404-771-3812. He was arrested three or four months ago in front of my home on Fairhaven for stealing tools from a vacant home undergoing renovation. I guess he got out of jail early!
