Peachtree Hills Civic Association Fees

The membership year for Peachtree Hills Civic Association is June 1 through May 31 and annual dues are:

• Standard, single family residence - $150*
• Senior (65 years and older) single family residence - $115*

• You may pay your annual dues in one of the following ways:

  1. Mail a check payable to PHCA Membership, PO Box 14861, Atlanta, GA 30324-1861
  2. Pay online by clicking on button that corresponds to your type of membership. You will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. Please note that a $5 service fee is added to online payments. Any problem completing the online transaction should be reported to PayPal.
    Standard, annual PHCA membership fees:  $155.00 ($150 + $5 service fee)
  Senior PHCA membership fees if you are 65 years or older: $120 ($115 + $5 service fee)

  *If you moved into Peachtree Hills after June 1 of the current year, your first year's dues may be prorated. Please contact the PHCA Treasurer and indicate your move-in date to find out. Please note that affiliate fees may not be prorated.
